Pricing and Payment:

Prices throughout the Website are quoted in one of the following currencies: Indian Rupees (INR). Payment can only be accepted in quoted currency. Prices include GST (Goods and Services Tax).

For international deliveries, additional duties and taxes may be applicable for the ordered items as per your country’s regulations, which will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.

Prices of the products on the Website are subject to change without notice and can vary from piece to piece, and from time to time, depending on the price of raw materials at the time of production. Occasionally, a piece will sell and then be recreated at a later date with a difference in price. This simply reflects the market value of the raw materials and may not mean that we have increased our mark-up.

Pricing Policy for Online Merchandise:

We are committed to offering shopping convenience, exceptional service, and an exciting product selection at competitive prices. Stores of Sampadaa operate separately. Accordingly, the products and prices offered at each may differ. The Website may offer products that are not offered in stores. Similarly, promotional offers (such as coupons and additional discounts) offered at one may not be used at the others.

Online Payment:

All payments on the Website are securely processed through our payment gateway partner. We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express via recognized Payment Gateways. We may accept bank transfers upon special request at our sole discretion. You can contact our customer care for the same. We endeavor to ensure confirmation of ordered item(s), availability, and shipping before processing your order transaction. You will be advised by e-mail if we are unable to complete your order.

Order of Products:

All products and information displayed on the Website constitute an invitation to offer. Your order for purchase constitutes your offer, which shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions as listed herein. We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer in part or in full. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered. Dispatch of all the product(s) ordered may or may not happen at the same time, in such a scenario that the portion of the order which has been dispatched will be deemed to have been accepted by us and the balance would continue to be on offer to us and we reserve the right to accept or reject such balance order.

No act or omission of Sampadaa prior to the actual dispatch of the product(s) ordered will constitute acceptance of your offer. If you have provided us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm dispatch and therefore acceptance of the order.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery. All products are handcrafted so there may be some variations in the actual product received. Packaging of the product may vary from the packaging of the product displayed on the Website.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the number of products we supply, supply only part of an order or divide up orders. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfill your order.

Made-to-Order – Terms & Conditions:

For made-to-order, customized orders, and consulted orders, alterations, change in pieces, or cancellation will only be considered in special cases, within 3 days of order placement. Email regarding the same should be sent to info@sampadaabytripta.com. Cancellations will not be entertained in any orders post 3 working days. If cancellations are to be done irrespective, 30% cancellation fees will be charged on the total order and the remaining amount, if any, will be issued to the client as a credit note.

In case of exchange, changes, or alterations to be made to the order, the order value needs to match. An additional 30 days time period will be given for the finalization if notified in 3 days’ time. 30% cancellation fees will be charged on the order value if the client fails to revert for the follow-up on the order.

For custom orders, made-to-order pieces that need to be put on hold due to any circumstances, the client can request a hold within their order timeline before shipping. An additional 30 days will be provided for the finalization. The order will automatically be canceled post 30 days after taking a follow-up with the client. 30% of the whole order value will be charged as cancellation fees and the remaining amount, if any, will be issued to the client as a credit note.

This policy applies to all orders taken on the website, WhatsApp, social media, physical stores, email, and other official sales channels.

Delivery Schedule:

The delivery of your order will be made as per the shipping information provided on the website. For ready-to-ship orders, an email needs to be sent to us on the same day of placing the order at info@sampadaabytripta.com in case of cancellations or alterations. For ready-to-ship pieces, cancellations cannot be done once the pieces are processed and shipped from our end.

Your Obligations:

• You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by Sampadaa’s registration form.
• Upon change or inaccuracy of any information provided by you on the Website, you shall be responsible to promptly inform Sampadaa.
• To maintain and promptly update the registration data to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, or not current or if Sampadaa has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, we have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide you with access to the Website.
• In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e., wrong name or address or any other wrong information), the redelivery of the same will be made as per the shipping information provided on the website.
• You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. Sampadaa reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point in time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), Sampadaa has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar you from using the services of the Website and other affiliated websites without prior notice whatsoever.
• Before placing an order you shall check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale and invitation of offer included in the item’s description.

Restrictions:

Sampadaa reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity/value of the items purchased by you and such restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit/debit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied. Sampadaa reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to prohibit sales to anyone as it may deem fit.
